The event is sold out online, how do I get tickets?

“If an event is sold out, please send an email to info@cinemaparadisoibiza.com with the film name and number of people in the subject line, and we will be in touch if we get a cancellation.

Can I swap my ticket for another day or location if I can't make it?

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to another date or venue.

Can I reserver my seat?

Our screenings are first come, first served, so we recommend arriving early to secure your favourite spot. That said, thanks to our intimate set-ups, every seat is a good seat.

What happens if it rains?

If a screening is cancelled due to bad weather, your ticket will be refunded automatically and all ticket holders will be notified by email.
Please note that if the screening goes ahead but weather conditions change unexpectedly, tickets will not be refunded.
