Can I swap my ticket for another day or location if I can’t make it?

No, sorry! Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to another date or venue.

Do you serve food and drinks?

Yes we do, what is served depends on the venue.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

While we love a good picnic, you are not permitted to bring your own food and drinks into the venues we work with due to licensing laws.

Can I reserve my seat?

Our screenings are like an old-school cinema, first in gets the best seats! We recommend arriving early to ensure you get your preferred seat, but don’t worry – there are no bad seats due to the intimacy of our screening set-ups.

Can I bring my pet?

At Cinema Paradiso we love all animals, but we’re sorry to say you’re not permitted to bring them with.

Can I smoke at the cinema?

Yes, all you nicotine cravers smoking is permitted in our outdoor venues, but please be considerate of those around you.

What time do you open?

The venue opens half an hour before the start of the film.

Does it cool off at night?

Yes so remember to bring a jacket, scarf, wrap, or warm-bodied date. Not all venues have enough blankets so dress accordingly as it is an outdoor event.

What happens if it rains?

If the screening is cancelled due to bad weather your ticket will be refunded automatically. All ticketholders will receive an email and the event on the website/social media will be updated as well.

In case it has been decided to not cancel the screening and unexpected bad weather appears tickets will not be refunded.

What is your refund procedure?

As we only pre sell tickets online your ticket will be automatically refunded. In case you bought the ticket with a credit card the amount will appear as credit on your credit card balance. In case you bought it with a debit card it will be directly refunded to your bank account. Service costs of online purchases will not be refunded.
